Mr. Shailendra Prakash Sinha is the Managing Director of our Company. He is a graduate in Commerce and holds a certificate in hotel management from Cornell University, New York and has also completed the Senior Executive Programme from Stanford University, USA. He has more than 40 years of managerial experience as co-promoter of the Sinha Group of Companies. At present besides being the Managing Director of Kalyanpur Cements Ltd., he is also on the board of various other companies. He is also actively involved in different industry bodies like Bihar Industries Association, Confederation of Indian Industries, etc. Currently he is Chairman of the Bihar Chapter of the Confederation of Indian Industries.

Mr. Anant Prakash Sinha is the Joint Managing Directorof our Company. He is a qualified Engineering graduate with a Masters in Management from J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, USA. Before joining his family business in India, he has gained experience of working in Canada & Switzerland. He has been associated with Kalyanpur Cements Ltd. for last 15 years and has over 20 years of experience.

Mr. B.C. Srivastava is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a Metallurgical Engineer. He worked in various capacities in Steel Authority of India Ltd., Rourkela Steel Plant. He also worked as Sr. Consulting Engineer / Technical Director in a reputed consulting Company, M/s. M.N. Dastur& Co. Ltd., Kolkata posted in Libya. Mr. Srivastava worked as Managing Director, BITCO, Patna and Executive Director, MSL India Ltd. Presently he is an Industrial and Management Consultant. He is on the Board of M/s. Eclat Industries Ltd., Jenson & Nicholson (India) Ltd. and Sampoorna General Insurance Solutions Pvt. Ltd. besides being on the Board and the committees of the Board of Directors of our Company.

Dr. Kailash Chandra Varshney is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a Chemical Engineer and a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering. He has served the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) at various positions and has long experience in development finance. He retired as Executive Director, IDBI. He is also associated as Director with several companies such asCheemaSpintex Ltd.,Jasch Industries Ltd., etc. besides serving on the committees of the Board of Director of the above companies.

Mr. Mahendra Gumanmal Lodha is a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director of our Company. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant based in Ahmedabad. He has rich experience and expertise in the financial sector. He is also a renowned consultant and provides consultancy in various areas of corporate finance. Mr. Lodha is on the board of several companies such asSteelco Gujarat Ltd., Arvind Products Ltd., Nitrex Chemicals India ltd., etc. Besides being on the Board of the companies, Mr. Lodha is also associated as Member/Chairman of various committees of the Board of those companies.

Shri Ravindra Prasad born on 1st July1972 is a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) and an MBA. He is from Indian Telecom Services and was earlier working as Director (Deptt. of Telecommunication), Govt. of India, New Delhi. He is presently working in the capacity of Director, Technical Development, Industry Department, Government of Bihar. On his nomination by Government of Bihar in place of the earlier nominee, he was appointed as Additional Director w.e.f. 13.2.2014.

Smt. Lata Ajay Srivastava is a graduate and is in social work for a long time. She has been a member of Inner Wheel Club of Patna which is the women wing of Rotary Club. She has been actively involved in various philanthropic activities taken by Rotary International. She is also a member of All India Women Conference, Bihar Chapter. She does not hold Directorship in any other Company.She does not hold any share in the company and she is not related with any director of the company.
